The Columbine Cafe in Breckenridge serves homestyle breakfast
and lunch. You'll enjoy classic waffles, pancakes, omelet's and eggs benedict. A
full selection of specialty coffees and espressos are offered to enjoy with your
meal or available "to
go".
Lunch is served from 11am to 3pm offering many selections of salads, soups,
large sandwiches, 1/2 pound hamburgers as well as tasty daily specials. Outside
dining is offered on the deck in summer which gives good views of the Breckenridge
Ski Resort. Located above Downstairs at Eric’s.
